The Adolescence of a Lunatic

They say youth is a state of mind. But modern psychology says that the state of the mind is heavily dictated by our body, our brain, and all those glorious chemicals they produce. So if we keep the doses high and steady, will this dream called "Adolescence" last forever? Or will we go mad while sliding down the rabbit hole?

In this visual novel project, I worked with the amazing artist Sihan to craft an interactive reading experience that explores the nihilism hurdle and ways overcome it.

My main roles: in short, everything except for visual art creation. I designed the storyline; I conceptualized the character designs; I wrote the stories; I programmed the playable software.

The project is unfortunately on hault for the time being, as I am heads-down driving the other game project (which you should check out!). But I am 100% certain that I will come back to this eventually. For now, feel free to check out a Chapter1 demo from the download link below~
